Video/Digital Producer

Job Description:

PineRock is currently hiring a full-time Video/Digital Producer to manage projects for our corporate clients throughout the production process, from creative concept to delivery.

You may be the perfect fit for this position if:

REQUIREMENT: You have 3-4+ years of corporate video/digital producing experience with an emphasis on project management and client-facing communication.

  • You have experience building and maintaining client relationships. 
  • You have experience budgeting video/digital projects including live shoots and postproduction. 
  • You have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud. 
  • Your background includes video, motion graphics, digital and experiential production. 
  • You have the ability to juggle multiple projects and clients.  
  • You have experience with clients in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred). 
  • You have excellent storytelling capabilities that transfer well to video (preferred). 
  • You have writing, interview and directing experience (preferred).  
  • You can oversee the post-production process and provide creative input to editors and animators. 
  • You are ultra-organized and detail oriented. 
  • You have the ability to work within tight deadlines. 
  • You have the ability to work flexible hours as required.  
  • You are a problem solver. You may not know how to do everything, but you can take initiative to figure it out!  
  • You have great communication skills that enable you juggle the diverse needs and personalities of our internal teams, our clients and our vendors. 


You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with clients to understand their media needs. 
  • Outsourcing responsibilities to creative team. 
  • Creating and managing production timelines and project budgets. 
  • Setting agenda calls and follow-ups with clients. 
  • Adhering to client legal compliance processes. 
  • Project management including version control of all assets, deliverables and final archiving. 
  • Coordinating video shoots including casting and logistics.
