Marketing Internship (NYC Office)

Job Description:

We offer an internship program for school credit.  Our comprehensive intern program will help you gain valuable agency experience while learning about the world of marketing, social media, video and event production. Based out of our NYC Corporate HQ, we aim to nurture and foster your interests and leave you equipped to join the workforce and pursue your passion. Available areas of interest include: Sales & Marketing, Production, Creative, Video & Office Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist the sales & marketing, production, creative, and video teams with client projects as needed
• Create relevant content and manage social media accounts including Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, etc.
• Conduct industry research and learn how each department works individually and as a team
• Responsible for purchasing items for shows, client gifting, running errands as needed
• Set up internal and external meetings/calls, reserve travel, record and transcribe calls
• Attend internal and client meetings as needed, be prepared to take detailed notes that can be presented to the client
• Data entry into our internal CRM system
• Light travel may be required

Qualifications:

• A college student in the NYC area looking for a non-paid internship for school credit
• You are a motivated individual with a growth mindset looking to kick off a career in production
• You are naturally curious, a strong communicator and have a knack for being quick on your feet
•  You are highly driven, intelligent, hungry, and coachable
•  Experience with Microsoft Office
•  You are a creative thinker and problem solver
•  Social Media savvy- experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
•  Strong skills: Communication, industry research, influencing, leadership, data entry, organization, adaptability, flexibility and highly self-motivated
•  You are detail oriented, inventive, and able to prioritize under deadlines
•  Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work individually or as part of a team
