The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Sales Management Team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

PineRock is a highly creative, fast-paced, collaborative agency headquartered in New York City. We have been working with established and emerging brands for 25 years to create exciting communications programs.  We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

The Sales Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to support PineRock’s Sales Management Team, encompassing a wide range of activities including project management, database management, client management, and marketing support.

What you'll do: 

  • Plan and coordinate external facing meetings, including prospects, clients, outside vendors, and other senior leaders across multiple industries
  • Research and compile briefing and/or reconciliation documents for client meetings and program management
  • Manage projects with several variables, set realistic deadlines, manage a timeline, and ensure accountability
  • Assist in the management of CRM-related activities. This includes data entry, job number requests, sales forecasting, correspondence, and sales reporting
  • Support prospecting/lead generation programs
  • Facilitate marketing initiatives in support of the sales team
  • Review, proofread and format all correspondence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Attend senior-level meetings to take notes and follow-up on outstanding agenda items
  • Travel coordination including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, and other travel documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and emotionally charged information
  • Expense reporting
  • Team expert and go-to person for general requests and questions directed to the Sales Management team
Skills and knowledge you possess:
  • 3+ years of Admin experience supporting a sales management team with meeting coordination, travel coordination, account support, and CRM management
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a commitment to deadlines
  • Demonstrated success using business judgment to help drive key deliverables of the business
  • Proven track record demonstrating ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and use independent judgment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, team-oriented philosophy, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround

This position will be located at our Corporate Headquarters in New York City and will be partially remote until the end of 2021.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
