CHALLENGE
Educate viewers on the DICK’S Teammate Relief Fund program and emote a connection that compels their teammates to take part in the program, through contribution or by seeking aid.
SOLUTION
A narrative that showcases how all of DICK’S teammates are part of one big family. We executed this by having DICK’S Sporting Goods’ leaders take part in personally detailing the TRF program, while connecting with the audience on a personal level that demonstrates an empathetic approach.
