First-In-Class Drug Training

This major pharmaceutical was ready to introduce their anti-addiction blockbuster drug.

The process began one month prior to the live launch event with two pre-show webcasts targeting District Managers. Onsite Reps were connected live via broadcast across ten rooms with scientific, product and sales training designed and developed by PineRock.

This four day training event engaged 3,000 representatives with clear, consistent messaging and multiple application opportunities. Training and evaluation focused on in-depth knowledge of clinical data, selling tools and key physician concerns.

A meeting-wide competition ensured audience involvement and testing on material comprehension.
