Are you ready to join a well-established and growing Marketing Agency?  We are seeking a high-performance Account Manager to support one of our existing key accounts in the expansion of their business and to support the Account Director with their daily account management needs.


  • Deepen relationships across the key account by strategically cross-selling and putting the spotlight other new products and solutions.

  • Collaborate daily with both internal and external customers and resources; establishing and maintaining good customer relations.

  • Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding established personal and sales goals.


  • Assist Account Director in tracking client correspondence, purchase orders, contact lists, meetings notes and other documents to support the sales and production efforts

  • Format edit and support capabilities presentations, proposal development and assist with proposal production

  • Conduct client research organize background information and distribute materials to project teams as requested

  • Schedule team calls/meetings with appropriate facilities; distribute information including client materials, research materials, meeting notes to support the sales effort

  • Organize, update and manage electronic sales files such as Master Service Agreements, Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Statements of Work/Task Orders, Purchase Orders and client invoices

  • Run office-related errands and set up materials for meetings as needed.

  • Coordination of travel arrangements and reservations


  • Ability to interface well with all levels of staff, management and clients.

  • A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly benchmarks

  • Prior business-to-business sales experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication and customer relations skills

  • Well-organized with highly effective time and activity management skills

  • Mature and self-confident with the ability to work independently and within deadlines 

  • Proven track record of excellent client satisfaction/client service

  • 2 – 4 years in sales, sales support, sales operations or administrative roles

  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in Office 365, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to create client ready materials.

  • CRM and Marketing Automation experience is a plus.

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
